Welcome to Senton VPN. These terms cover your use of the VPN services we provide. By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
About Senton VPN
Senton VPN is operated by Senton Group and provides a secure, private and reliable VPN service worldwide. The service protects your privacy by hiding your IP address and encrypting your internet connection.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Minors may not use the Services.
Your Account
Some Services require an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for everything that happens under your account.
If you believe someone else has used your account, or you spot any security problem, tell us straight away.
Using the VPN
Senton VPN secures your internet connection, hides your IP address and lets you reach content that is blocked in your region. You may not use the Services to:
Break any local, national or international law
Infringe other people's rights, including intellectual property rights
Send abusive, criminal or malicious content
Attempt unauthorised access to, or disruption of, any network, system or Service
If you break these Terms or abuse the Service, we may suspend or end your access.
Plans, Billing and Renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed for the plan period you choose. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to the fees shown on our pricing page.
Plan lengths: Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, yearly and multi-year durations.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically using your chosen payment method. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, which stops the next renewal.
Invoices and receipts: Log in to your account, open “My account” → “Subscriptions”, and find your receipts under “Invoices & receipts”. If you subscribed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, your receipts are also available there.
Price changes: The price you signed up at stays fixed for your current subscription period — we never raise the price mid-term. If prices change, the new price applies only from your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance so you can cancel first if you prefer.
Payment processing: Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; Senton VPN does not store your full payment details.
Free Trial and Refunds
Free trial: New users get a 7-day free trial with the full plan included. No payment is taken during the trial, so you can test the Services on your own devices before deciding to pay.
Refunds: Because every new user can try the Services free for 7 days first, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Add-ons are non-refundable.
Purchase channels: If you purchased through Apple or Google, any refund request must go through their systems and their policies apply. For purchases made directly on our website, contact support from your account dashboard.
Effect of a refund: If a subscription is refunded, it ends immediately, together with any Add-ons attached to it.
Add-on Services
Senton VPN offers optional Add-ons, such as Dedicated IP and Mask Number. These rules apply to all Add-ons:
Active subscription required: You need an active subscription before buying or using any Add-on.
Duration and billing: Add-ons run for the same period as your subscription and are billed on the same cycle. On a 1-year plan, for example, an Add-on is valid and charged for that same year.
Renewal: Add-ons renew together with the subscription they belong to. An Add-on cannot outlive its parent subscription.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what little data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it. By using the Services you accept the practices described there.
Intellectual Property
Senton Group owns or licenses all content, trademarks and software connected to Senton VPN. You may not reproduce, translate, modify, copy, sell, resell, distribute, publicly perform or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
Service Availability
We work hard to keep the Services running without interruption, but we cannot promise 100% availability at all times.
Senton may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services. Where a change meaningfully affects you, we will give notice where reasonably possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Senton VPN and its affiliates, employees, agents and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Services.
Our total liability to you under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, except where the damage results from our gross negligence.
Termination
We may end your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. When access ends, your right to use the Services ends with it.
Feedback and User Content
If you send us comments, ideas or other material, you give Senton a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and adapt it.
You are responsible for making sure anything you post does not break the law or violate anyone else's rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a disagreement comes up, we will first try to resolve it together in good faith. Disputes that cannot be settled that way go to the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Senton VPN, its partners, staff and agents against claims, losses and expenses that arise from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Services or the law change.
When we make a material change, we will let you know by email and by posting a notice on our site. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
